  • Danced so enthusiastically at the ceilidh at my best friend’s wedding that the next day I was asked if I’d enjoyed my workout. You can 'experience' a ceilidh online here.

  • Went for a dog walk with my mum and discovered a breathtaking location only a short distance from my house that I've never been before – marshland and boardwalks enhanced by stormy skies!

  • Had a drink in the new Dear Alice Speakeasy in Private Members Club Library London.

  • Ordered 25 books on the future of the economy for a family member and, in the process, reminded myself of the some of challenges we face globally.
